Central Vets Mineola Is Now Open
Opens Seventh Location to Better Serve Pet Owners in Nassau and Queens Counties
May 31, 2012 | As of May 31, Central Vets Mineola is now open for pet owners who need to maintain care of their animals. It is located at 220 East Jericho Turnpike in Mineola, which is the former site of Ultravet Diagnostics. Its newest facility will continue to provide the highest quality of care for the patients while also providing around-the-clock service through its state-of-the-art emergency hospital in Valley Stream.
This is Central Veterinary Associates’ seventh location. In addition to the new facility and the Valley Stream hospital, CVA has clinics in Great Neck, Bayside, Forest Hills, Far Rockaway and Belle Harbor. Its staff of 110 includes 18 veterinarians, a board-certified canine and feline general specialist, a certified veterinary acupuncturist, and a board-certified surgeon, radiologist and internist available for consultation.
Few things are worse than trying to care for a sick or injured pet. With its 24/7/365 hospital in Valley Stream and now the new facility in Mineola, pet owners throughout Queens and Nassau will have greater peace of mind knowing their veterinarian is only minutes away.
